How to use Wondersleep
1 capsule in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening, half hour before going to sleep with a full glass of water. Dosage may be increased to 3 capsules daily taken at regular intervals.

Wondersleep Missed Dose
If you miss a dose of Wondersleep, take it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not take 2 doses at once.
