Allochol has choleretic action, intensifies bilification and secretory liver and all GIT activity, has a mild relaxing effect.

Therapeutic actions:
Allochol is cholagogue preparation. It stimulates secretory liver function, intensifies secretory and motion activity Of GIT, decreases processes of putrefaction and fermentation in bowels.

What is it used for?:
- Chronic hepatitis;
- Chronic cholangitis;
- Chronic cholecystitis;
- Habitual constipation.

Contraindications and cautions:
- Peptic ulcer disease;
- Fulminatory hepatitis;
- Acute hepatitis;
- Obstructive jaundice.

Side effects:
Possible: allergic reactions, diarrhea.
