Apcalis is a treatment for men with erectile dysfunction. This is when a man cannot get, or keep a hard, erect penis suitable for sexual activity. Apcalis belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors. Following sexual stimulation Apcalis works by helping the blood vessels in your penis to relax, allowing the flow of blood into your penis. The result of this is improved erectile function. Apcalis will also help you if you do not have erectile dysfunction.
It is important to note that Apcalis does not work if there is no sexual stimulation. You and your partner will need to engage in foreplay, just as you would if you were not taking a medicine for erectile dysfunction. To gain better erection with Apcalis the man should be sexually stimulated. Apcalis gets to work fast, and stays in your system for up to 36 hours. This will allow you to respond to your partner when the moment is right. When a man is sexually stimulated, his body's normal reaction would be to increase the blood flow to his penis. This will result in an erection. ED occurs when the blood flow to the penis is diminished or lessened, this can be caused by a number of medical conditions.
Apcalis has been shown to improve erectile function in most men, even men who suffer with mild, moderate and severe erectile dysfunction. In clinical trials Apcalis/Cialis has improved, Confidence in ability to achieve and maintain an erection, satisfaction with the harness of erections, ability to maintain erections for successful sexual intercourse and satisfaction with sexual intercourse.
How work:
In technical terms APCALIS exerts its action by effecting two enzymes, Cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) and phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) that play important roles in erectile function. Sexual stimulation triggers the local release of nitric oxide (No) from nerves and endothelial cells in the penis. No stimulates an enzyme that catalyzes formation of cGMP from the nucleotide guanosine 5-triphospate (GTP) in the penile blood vessels and corpus cavernosum walls. The cGMP causes vasodilation of arteries, allowing the influx of blood into the corpus cavernosum. Increased blood flow into the penis causes the erectile tissue to expand. When the erectile tissue has expanded sufficiently, the veins draining the corpus cavernosum become compressed. This decreases the outflow of blood from the penis, and the blood remains in the corpus cavernosum to keep the penis erect. The enzyme PDE5 eventually causes degradation of the cGMP, and the erection ends.
Side Effects:
Medicines and their possible side effects can affect individual people in different ways. The following are some of the side effects that are known to be associated with Apcalis. Because a side effect is stated here, it does not mean that all people using Apcalis will experience that or any side effect. These effects are normally mild to moderate in nature. The most common undesirable effects are headache and indigestion. Less commonly reported side effects are back pain, muscle aches, nasal congestion, facial flushing and dizziness. Uncommon effects are swelling of the eyelids, eye pain and red eyes. If you have any of these side effects and they are troublesome, severe, or do not go away, tell your doctor. Allergic reactions (including skin rashes) could occur. In rare instances it is possible that a prolonged and possibly painful erection may occur after taking Apcalis.
